The apartment is located on the 2° floor with elevator and accommodates up to 4 people: a room with a double bed and a living area with a bunk bed, perfect for families, friends or small groups.
The house is bright, well distributed and carefully furnished, ideal for short or longer stays.
The large terrace: a rare space in Milan where you can enjoy outdoor breakfasts, an evening aperitif, or simply the sun in complete privacy.
Inside the palace you will also find a swimming pool, for an exclusive touch that makes the living room unique.
To make your stay even more comfortable, the apartment has fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and self-check-in, so you can organize yourself completely independently.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment in total autonomy, guaranteeing privacy and comfort during their stay.
Check-in is available from 3 PM, while check-out is scheduled by 11 AM.
After online registration, you will receive all the detailed instructions to access the apartment in the chat, including explanatory videos. The keys must be collected directly at the reception of the building, for a simple, safe and fast check-in.
